Synopsis: This regulation, applicable to California State Parks, State Beaches, and State Recreation Areas, defines the maximum number of vehicles and people that may occupy a campsite.

CCR 14 § 4452 Number Occupying Campsites

(a) The number of vehicles and persons occupying a campsite shall not exceed two vehicles and eight persons;

(b) the Department may authorize a greater or lesser number when facilities so warrant.
