Synopsis: This regulation, applicable to California State Parks, State Beaches, and State Recreation Areas, defines the requirements for vacating a campsite, including the latest checkout time.

CCR 14 § 4456 Vacating

Occupants shall vacate the campsite by removing their person, vehicles and property therefrom prior to 12:00 noon if applicable use fee has not been paid or if time limit for occupancy has expired.
