Medicine Lodge City Park offers a small campground for RVs, vehicles, and tents, that come with free accommodations, free 50/30/15 amp electrical hookups, and free potable water. Campsites are located behind the ballpark backstop next to the restroom building. There are four-to-five sites.

Medicine Lodge City Park is located in the south-east portion of the city, along US-160, with an entrance on the north-side of the highway, just before you reach Elm Creek. The park also has a swimming pool.
The campground is closed during the winter.
Campsites are all back-in, large enough for full-sized RVs.
