Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 17 – Game and Fish

Synopsis: This law includes a large list of definitions under the Arizona Game and Fish Department (we’ve only included definition #19). In this case, the term “statewide” adds context to another law (§17-308. Unlawful camping) which excludes certain state and federal agencies from that law.

17-101. Definitions

A. In this title, unless the context otherwise requires:

19. ” Statewide” means all lands except those areas lying within the boundaries of state and federal refuges, parks and monuments, unless specifically provided differently by commission order.
