§ 1.10.043 Camping; fires.

(a) It shall be unlawful to camp for more than ninety-six (96) consecutive hours on city-owned lakes or parks. Furthermore, it shall be unlawful to camp more than twelve (12) days per month without a permit. Permits may be obtained from the public works office for camping for twelve (12) consecutive days or longer.

(b) Open fires are allowed only in the properly designated camping areas and prohibited in all others.

The area has long had a litter problem; expect to find trash on the ground. There are no trash cans.
