Camping Along Pine Creek Road If you enter Pine Creek Road off of Sunrise Highway (Laguna Meadow Road if you are using Apple Maps), there are dispersed campsites about 5 miles down the road. Pine Creek road becomes gravel and there are a few dirt roads to pull off of with open spots to use as camping sites. A Wilderness and Visitor Permit is required from the Forest Service. Corral Canyon Campground, Campo, CA
Corral Canyon Campground is a free, developed campground offered by Cleveland National Forest. There are 20 campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets. This campground makes for a popular base camp for OHV riders, mountain bikers, and hikers. Corral Canyon Campground is located within the Corral Canyon OHV Area and provides a convenient camping opportunity for those using the surrounding trails. Campsites are nestled amongst an Oak grove with views of chaparral and desert for miles.
Bobcat Meadow Campground, Campo, CA
Bobcat Meadow Campground is a free, developed campground operated by Cleveland National Forest. There are 20 campsites available with picnic tables and fire rings, and 2 vault toilets. This is a popular base camp for OHV riders, hikers and horseback riders.
