Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 28 – Transportation Synopsis: Defines the term “off-highway vehicle” which the State of Arizona can use to determine if your vehicle is banned from using roads restricted to street-legal vehicles. ARS § 17-101 Definitions

This law includes a large list of definitions (we've only included definition #19) for use under the Arizona Game and Fish Department. In this case, the term "statewide" adds context to another law (§17-308. Unlawful camping) which prohibits camping in such a way to block animals from accessing water sources.

This is Arizona's general law on vehicle parking restrictions, which may apply to persons seeking to park their vehicle on public property for purposes of sleeping in their vehicle.

ARS § 17-308 Unlawful camping

This law forbids someone from setting up camp in such a way that it prevents wildlife or domestic stock from accessing water. It only applies when a campsite is within 1/4 mile from that water source.

ARS § 17-301.01 Protection from wildlife

This law establishes an exception to killing wildlife in the case of self-defense or in the defense of another person. However, the killing of any animal under this exception must be reported to the Arizona Game & Fish Department.
