Boondocking in North Dakota!
Boondocking in North Dakota is mostly found in the three national grasslands, Cedar River NG, Little Missouri NG, and Sheyenne NG. There are a couple of free campgrounds found within Theodore Roosevelt National Park. There are some BLM lands in the western portion of the state, but very sparse. Many counties offer free camping at their lakes.
