Boondocking in Maryland!
Boondocking in Maryland is largely non-existent due to the lack of federal recreation lands. There are no national forests and no BLM lands. There are some free camping opportunities within the state’s wildlife management areas and state fishing lakes. Some casinos offer free multiple-night parking in their parking lots.
